The Cisco C6800-SUP6T Supervisor Engine is designed to deliver advanced scalability, high-speed switching, and enterprise-class resiliency for Cisco Catalyst 6800 Series switches. Powered by a 6-Terabit crossbar switch fabric, this supervisor engine enables high-density enterprise campus deployments, aggregation networks, and data center edge environments with up to 440Gbps per slot switching capacity.
Equipped with eight 10 Gigabit Ethernet SFP+ ports and two 40 Gigabit Ethernet QSFP+ uplink ports, the C6800-SUP6T supports high-bandwidth aggregation, virtualization, and mission-critical Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking services. The platform also supports advanced enterprise technologies including MPLS VPN, VPLS, MACsec, NetFlow, QoS, and Cisco TrustSec security integration.
